We accept returns on items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. Custom or personalized pieces, engraved jewelry, and special orders are non-refundable. Items must be accompanied by their original packaging and receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
